Important: your workshop must deal with an innovative product or know-how. The T.E.AM 2008 Technical Committee will validate your theme before accepting it. * Optional (cf price at top of page)

I approve and accept the rules of the terms and conditions of T.E.A.M 2008, and I include payment of 60% of the total cost (exluding VAT) to secure attendance at this event.

Please note that the balance (including VAT) has to be paid before 12 february 2008 at the latest.
